1. Are your bartenders certified?

We exclusively employ bartenders with up to date California approved certifications. You can be confident that we will provide the most qualified and experienced bartenders for your event.

2. How many bartenders do I need for my party?

Individual circumstances can affect this, please give us a call so we can guide you in selecting the proper amount of bartenders for your event.

3. How far in advance do I have to reserve your services?

We suggest reserving your date as soon as your event is confirmed. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the last minute; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Does Bartenders On Demand supply alcohol?

No, we do not provide alcohol. We provide Bartenders, Bars add Bar Supplies.

5. What comes with the bartender only package?

6. Do you charge a gratuity on your invoice?

Some clients prefer that their guests enjoy the party and not worry about tipping as they normally do. For your convenience, we are happy to add gratuity to the invoice so that you can enjoy the party and not have to worry about billing at the end of the night. If you would rather your guests tip as needed, we will provide a tip jar at the bar.

7. Do you require a deposit?

Yes a 50% deposit is due upon signature of the Bartenders On Demand, Service Agreement, which is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due fourteen days before your event.

8. How can I pay for the event?

You are able to pay online through the electronic invoice that will be sent to you by email and all major credit cards are accepted.

9. Do you carry General and Liquor Liability Insurance? Bartenders On demand, carries

Bartenders On Demand, carries 1 million dollar Host Liquor Liability and 2 million dollar General Liability policy. If you or the venue requires a certificate of proof of insurance, please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide one for you.

10. Do you provide wine glasses and all glassware for my event?

We do offer Crystal Plastic Cups & Red Solo Cups that are available for purchase, for your convenience.

11. Do you travel outside the San Diego County area?

We are a San Diego / Temecula based company, but we also work parties throughout Orange County and Los Angeles

12. Can the bartender serve non- alcoholic drinks as well?

Absolutely! Our bartenders are more than capable and willing to serve non-alcoholic drinks for your guests.

13. How do I book?
